It'd be better if my team would stop talking bad about people behind their backs all the time. Even if it's not directed to me, I can't help but feel that if they are talking about others then they're probably saying bad things about me too.

7 years and the company has had many ups and downs. High expectations for low hourly wages. Easy to promote within if you are motivated to do so. Semi-hard labor (physically and mentally taxing at times; always standing/moving/talking; messy). Transfers available all over the U.S.

Absolutely horrible . I'll never work for Starbucks, or buy any of their products again. I was harassed, bullied, and talked down to by management and only ever made enough money to barely pay the bills. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
