Corporate is constantly cutting labor in stores, which hurts both partner wellbeing and customer service and satisfaction. In addition to these labor cuts, new, extremely time consuming drinks are frequently added to the menu, exacerbating staffing issues.

Most of the people I work with are extremely friendly and genuinely wonderful people. The training at this company is abysmal which makes working with newer employees difficult at best, but I don't blame the employees for that
