State Farm Insurance – I just started back at State Farm last week. I have worked for State Farm for a total of 18 years prior. I only left in 2017 when we had ABS. I went in last week and got 1 day of training and was expected to know ECRM that fast. That is the worst system known to man. I wont be staying.

Better employment opportunities within the company. State Farm likes to fire people every year from December thru March to avoid having to pay out bonuses. A lot of coworkers were fired because of this reason. this is why they have a huge mass hire every year. It truly is sad for employees there
