Talkdesk is wonderful, they've grown fast and have developed a great online presence. That being said, Talkdesk has fundamental internal issues operationally that make it hard to enjoy working here. Talkdesk preaches work life balance, yet is always pushing my team to their absolute brink.

My coworkers are the only reason I've survived at Talkdesk this long. They are kind, considerate, and always willing to go the extra mile.

My role is constantly overworked. A lot of issues in other departments somehow always become our issue to resolve. We are expected to give 110%, 150% of the time and it sets unrealistic expectations and makes us look and feel like machines. 21/hr for a role so disrespected is laughable.
