The company totes that doctors run the company, but not true. Administrators have no idea what is going on beneath them, and do not even consider the advice or concerns of individual departments. They make broad rules, with no compassion for their employees or patients. Horrible benefits as well

My co-workers are great and understanding. The team is efficient, but the administration finds every way to hinder teamwork and efficiency of the teams in the hopes of increasing profits and squeeze everything the can from employees without compensation

Listening to the physicians and individual departments, let them at least discuss how the departments work, then form some by-laws. Instead, no discussion is had with the teams and physicians, schedules are changed, more unnecessary work added on, and they refuse to have department physicians help

Other companies will offer more for my position, include pensions, different PTO/vacation time off banks, free health insurance, and higher education stipend. This company does not match 401K, you have to use PTO time for holidays, even when the clinics are closed, and pay your own insurance

They lure you in with being nice at the interviews, without telling you all the bureaucracy y'all have to deal. Given their lack of benefits, they tend to have younger doctors and staff join that know no better, and most leave within 2 - 3 years

Again, it starts from the top down. Administrators do not listen to employees and implement rules that may not apply to certain teams. If they were wise, they would have a physician from each field help create policies, instead of an administrator that does not know anything about patient care

Company is cutting corners, trying to bring as many patients in while not giving the staff support to help with the number. Teams are composed of 1 physician and 1 MA, and they are responsibly for all the orders, rooming and seeing patients, gets auths, mailing results, and scheduling. No support
