Overall, I have had a very good experience with Volvo in the 4+ years I have been employed. I have had three role improvements in my time here and am on track to my fourth at this time. All of my managers have supported me with additional training and challenges to assist in moving to my next role.

While it's challenging at times, that has only spurred growth within me and helped me become comfortable with situations or tasks that I would have previously refrained from. I would think more focus would be highly beneficial to the team. I believe we could work better together if we had better direction on how to utilize our time when many things need to be completed.

The work life balance. If something comes up and I need to work from home, it is never an issue. If something comes up and I can't work at all, it is also not an issue as the team is readily willing and able to assist and cover.
