I am still somewhat new here, but the company feels like it is in a healthy place and has an excellent leadership team in my business unit. In my nearly 20 years of experience, it is a rare enough thing to have a leadership team with so many excellent people in it.

Company atmosphere and culture is a very tricky thing to get right, and importantly, to make authentic. People can tell the difference between grass and astroturf. The atmosphere here feels more like grass than astroturf.
