This is a hard question to answer at the moment. There's so much distance between individual contributors and the leadership team that I can't conjure up much beyond neutrality. I suppose it's nice that they're not micromanaging us.

Radical candor and support even when we feel abandoned by our leadership. I stay *because* of my team, but it's harder and harder to do that, especially after we had focus groups about salary and benefits that seemingly lead to no change.

We've been through too much change to say that we have a "culture" right now. Cultures take time to grow. The best thing about where we are in this moment is how most people are invested in each other as individuals.

Salary assessment and realignment based on market-rates. I have talked about salary with many of my team mates. Nearly all of us are paid well below industry standard for our roles. Bonuses, especially for teams and individuals who carry a pipeline quota.

In the last quarter alone, I have had recruiters reach out to me about roles with comparable scope and title with base salaries of 50% more -- OTEs with bonuses, RSUs, continuing education, professional development, tech stipends, and more bring these packages to more than double my OTE.

We are all absolutely masters of our craft who also have the ability to flex in and out other roles to lend a hand. We invest in our collective and individual well-being in ways that make it less likely that any one of us is going to burnout (there's been so much pivoting that we really need that)
