Overall I love working here - I love the person-first community values, the trust I have in my co-workers and that they have in me and my work, and the flexible work schedule at times that allows for improved work-life balance

Unlimited PTO has been amazing - health care is decent (no thrilled with the increased deduction but...), dental is amazing, really glad we got the 401K matching this year that was previously a con, and all the other offerings are icing on the cake.

I love my team. At jobs I've previously had co-workers who I questioned how they got the job/stayed on, but have not worked with a single person here who I have felt that way about. Everyone is great at their job, helpful, and a pleasure.

I really love that the company's culture does feel employee driven and seems to understand that we are the wheels that move the bus - meaning they don't take us for granted / actually work to retain us which is great. Feels like we really are 'a team'
