Things have definitely changed. They feel less personal now and feel completely corporate. That's fine, but because there was such a strong emphasis on people before, it feels lacking. It makes me feel undervalued and like I'm just a cog in a wheel rather than a contributing member.

I feel as though across industry standards, I'm not compensated as others in my similar position. That said, for me compensation and feeling valued aren't always directly correlated. And there is more that could make me feel valued outside of monetary compensation specifically.

Previously, ZeroFox felt like a place where you could really be heard and where ELT was listening. Those days feel gone. Additionally, it feels as though my team has taken a major back burner and almost doesn't exist anymore. Town Halls feel completely corporate and there is no personal touch.
