It is a good company, good business and great people. I understand there has been a lot of changes within the last 2 years and the some questionable decisions were made by previous leadership and that is what has taken a toll on my motivation and perception.

I have been performing the duties of a Product Manager being hired as a Product Owner. A 2,4% raised was presented to me on March 2024 as a "reward" when inflation in Chile was 5%, for almost a year the product team had no north and I was told to do non impactful tasks.
