I've had an incredible experience as far as opportunities to learn and grow in my skills--however, I do feel constantly drastically undercut as far as pay. The only reason I look past that is because I'm passionate and feel I have the freedom I need to pursue my goals.

As a Manager, I get paid significantly less than other managerial positions in the market. I love my team, I love what we do...but it does hurt that it doesn't feel valued, at least not in money.

I think my compensation has not changed drastically over the past couple years, despite moving into a leadership role. Comparatively, I make significantly less (5 figures less) than what other similar roles pay. I stay because I believe in the mission and I have a great manager myself.
