As mentioned previously, I have always been taken care of and the people at work make it a joy to interact with. There are plenty of challenges consistent with companies in this sector and size but having the right people in place make overcoming that acheivable.

It's not that I feel undervalued but comparable pay at external positions do pay more at a baseline level. Things are expensive these days and while I hate making things about money, sometimes it ends up being a deciding factor if all else is equal.
