
I would ask them about experience and hours available instead of asking them can you work this shift and if they can they get the job
There is nothing good as far as working as a team because there is no teamwork everybody is what for themselves it's all for one and one for all and screw everybody else
There needs to be teamwork a nice to be communication there needs to be somebody having each others back thanks to be confidentiality when you're talking to your superiors the needs to mean no animosity know name calling no put downs
Been there for years have never had a staff meeting I've never collaborated on how to make things better for customers and employees if you're ever sick or call in everybody knows about it when that should be something that's confidential it's been terrible
I live in a small town and the customers tell me the management is rude employees that have been there have acted inappropriately cursed and swore and pushed customers and there was nothing done about it I witnessed it on two occasions there's it's ignorant
