7-Eleven treats its employees unfairly and like dirt most of the time. Some of the worst treatment is done towards overnight workers. 7-Eleven refuses to allow overnight to have two workers in order to be more safe and aided with help to do all of the detail cleaning.

7-Eleven underpays many of its workers with how much they want the workers to do. The amount of work expected to be done is insane and they expect it to be done by 1 person everyday.

Some of the workers are good but most of them are lazy and don't care. I guess they can't be fully blamed because since 7-Eleven mistreats its workers then the workers shouldn't have to care about 7-Eleven.

Management and upper management need to learn how to listen to their workers and make an effort to understand what is going on in their stores. Proper help is needed instead of forcing a lone employee of doing the work of 3 to 4 people.
