I was happy to get the job and the Mgr. was very polite. Then she moved and we had 3 mgrs. change in 5 months.

I really enjoyed working there. I was very surprised to be fired over cases of water that the asst. mgr. offered to 3 employees. I liked my job. I feel like I was fired unjustly.

Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

Hire QUALIFIED Managers, assistant Managers and train them correctly so that there isn't lack of communication or misunderstandings. Make a work schedule for the week and don't change it 3 times in 2 days. Also, If someone doesn't come to work I am texted to come and help 20 minutes b4 they need me

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

They need to communicate with the employees more and fire the people that aren't doing their Job. When I cam in night shift, I did their work PLUS mine. They also need to know that there has to be a supervisor at the store along with the Mgr. to fire someone. 7-11 is a complete mess!!

Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?

They need to quit being "Counter huggers" and do the cleaning and the Whole job, Not just stand at the cashier. No trash being taken out, No cleaning of the restrooms, etc. I would do their job AND mine when I was working . Don't fire for THEFT over cases of water that was offered by asst. mgr !
