My team always works well together and all are willing to pitch in and help out.

Caring and supportive. We help each of us succeed

I feel more supported now than I have in the almost 4 years I have been at ADP. I know my team has my back, and I am constantly pushed to expand my skills and understanding. I love my manager and my people!

Its small but full of people who are ready to help each other.

More payroll experience coming into ADP instead of learning it in ADP and taking clients.

Do their own job and not worry about others. Go the extra mile to get the task completed

multiple agents are lacking training and causes us to educate them on their own processes

I interact as much as I want to

there is a lack of responsiveness most of the time and lack of accountability. Does not seem as though the same standards are held across all teams

Some coworkers see you as a threat to them they make dishonest reports to upper management regarding you. in an attempt to remove from their team

Listen better. More critical thinking and less boiler plate responses.

I never talk to anyone in the office and yet I am being forced to come into the office.

Share valve in our meetings, not what they ate for dinner the night before.

I think in - team recognition may help; there is NPS and TNPS -- but what about coworkers fully utilizing mymoments? some of my team members have NEVER used that, some going on 3 years with ADP. Clear expectations for backing each other up, and not dodging cases and then transfering cases

They don't need to improve anything, they are the way they are and I am the way I am and we have to respect each other the way we are.

I feel some folks were promoted into managers roles for the wrong reason and were not ready. they are doing the day to day stuff not managing their staff which impacts other teams we need better communication and collaboration

They need to learn to do their own job and not worry about others
