I've been told by my manager that I'm underpaid, so this makes me think about moving to another company to get compensated correctly.

Our CEO has a very well-established world view and what we as humans should value in life. In regards to company direction, we are headed in the right direction led by them. Some of the leadership team could have a better mindset like our CEO, but they still do a generally good job.
