I did recommend a friend for a job, but he got turned down. Probably won't do that again. I like what feels like a stable job within a stable company. Not crazy about all the rah-rah stuff in some of the meetings, and sometimes the number of meetings gets overwhelming. I have the tools to do my job.

Pretty good overall, but some people need to be aware of making divisive posts in a public forum. This is a business and we need to be professional.

Getting a stipend to help pay for the extra phone and phone line I had to buy/pay for for work purposes.

We're a small group, so we're a close-knit group. We all hear each other, and we are here for each other.

I like the group chats for cooking, bread making, pride and dogs. Those channels are a great way to find others in the company with similar interests, get ideas and help.

One thing is the stipend for the phone I had to buy to use exclusively for work. RSUs, probably, once I figure out what to do with them. Peak time off is huge. It's precious, and it seems no one abuses it because of that. That is really great.
