I have always felt valued by my peers, and will always be a champion for Alkami. Working here, even when working through difficult items, has been the best experience I have had as an employee. I have seen some bad management come and go, but even during those times we prevailed.

We are all hands on deck, work and play hard. We try to have fun when we can, but know when we need to really dive in and work.

We have a set plan for 2023, and I see the leadership team really pushing all the teams to work toward the end goal. I have not always seen us work together to obtain goals like this in the past, and it makes me feel like we are moving in the right direction.
