Fixing problems. Sometimes I am tasked with very difficult issues to try to work out. And when I find a fix it is very rewarding.

I feel like in my team specifically I am always supported, they look to my work load and make sure I'm not asked to do too much, and that I am taking care of myself. While still empowering me and challenging me to do my best work.
