There are numerous events that are hosted virtually by our culture team that truly helps me take a break from the day and gets together with other Alkamists.

The leadership team is invested in all Alkami's values and genuinely cares about making sure we are doing the right thing as a business but also as human beings.

Each member of the leadership team strives toward our company initiatives. It's always clear where my position can help achieve our company goals, and the leadership team are great role models for living our Alkami values.

Even though we are all remote, we still are able to connect via Slack and connect on a personal level. I made a new best friend at Alkami and have never met them in person. That speaks volumes in how connected the team is

When I joined, things were a bit negative on the team due to turnover, lack of vision, and some toxic management. Alkami took notice of this and completely revised the team and facilitated training to ensure the employees are happy and healthy. Only positivity has come from this!
