They are all invested in at the same level as I am. I never feel like I have to carry anyone's load and I feel that if I needed assistance they are always there for me.

The willingness to jump into the "trenches" with you. They are knowledgeable and make things easier that create a level of complexity. This is rarely the case with other companies I have worked with during my 25 years in the industry. Leadership empowers us all to be great.
