My overall experience here has been great. I have been able to learn, grow, and contribute during my time here. I enjoy doing the kind of work I do and being able to help and contribute where I can. I cant wait to see what the future holds for us at Alkami!

Everyone is involved one way or another and theres always someone somewhere willing to help in any way they can.

I would feel better if a bonus structure was communicated when goals are met. Also, dont feel fairly compensated compared to other simlar jobs in the market.

I am fascinated with Fintech so just being able to work at Alkami is overall great. Interacting with our clients is also awesome and seeing how they grow with us.
