I love that everyone is so willing to help each other out - should someone have an issue, it turns into a team issue until it gets solved. Great teamwork!

I love that it's a remote first company - the well of talent Alkami has been able to pull because of their ability to embrace remote workers is extremely apparent. I think it speaks volumes of leadership who understand that remote employees are just as capable of doing work as the in house employee!
