The team works well together and we are good at helping each other out when needed. They show up when needed and are available when you need help and willing to learn and find the answer.
Since we are mostly remote the culture has lost its effectiveness, most of my coworkers on my team dont live where i do and so its hard to build that comradery. the culture events dont seem to be enough to bring people in from my area so its hard to show up.
The managers and directors on my team are very much out of touch with what our work is like day to day or even what or how we do things for the company. They are not very good at communicating clearly with us causing double work or work finding out answers they should be handling working with other
I am being asked to do more work than my role bc we had employees leave so their duties have now become mine and my leaders dont have any idea the level of work or responsibility this ask requires. feel like there is very little support for me and the team as well as any support from management
