It has been great. I'm challenged, and year after year, I'm learning new things. I am given the opportunity to learn new technologies as well. And when most companies, especially publicly traded ones, could have let more or all of us go, they find ways to retain us and invest more into us.

The stock options are the best part of the package. I do wish we had more discounts for things or received more amp points over time.

I like that we all feel included when the company makes changes. Even if it means our role would change, it is still a role with the company.
