nothing stands out, I feel the package is bare minimum for treating employees well. good pay and health care coverage. there aren't many more benefits than that

I enjoy that we have a blameless development culture. meaning when there are issues we focus on processes that went wrong and could be fixed, not blaming a specific person

my team is made up of great people, that I would actually hang out with outside of work. They all give their best to our work and are always ready to lend a helping hand!

When things fail or go wrong, we don't find someone to blame, we find the system or process that needs to be updated so those issues don't happen again. Working in a blameless culture allows me to be innovative and push harder knowing that when I truly do my best, no one will blame me for issues.
