The culture is vibrant, fun, innovative, collaborative and inclusive. Never have I ever experienced such an amazing corporate culture! I truly love it here and so does everyone who works here!

The people. The people create the culture and keep it going. I work with wonderful people and am so blessed to have the opportunity to come to a workplace where I genuinely like everyone I work with. That's rare if not unheard of!

I have been in a position where I have taken on leadership responsibilities for quite some time and have not been given the compensation and recognition that goes along with that which has made it difficult to hold things together for my team and do my job at times.
