Titles/roles have changed, but nothing else except the name has changed. When title changes and improves then the pay and benefits need to reflect that as well.

Majority of the team is very collaborative. There can always be a bad seed on a team that can make or break the team vibe. This also causes dread in interacting with them

The interaction with people outside of the immediate team and how even those people are supportive and can provide guidance. It produces a fun place to work instead of a place where I only to go my desk not move all day
