The willingness to help each other succeed and grow. This is not the kind of cut throat environment where people succeed by making others fail. We all help each other move up and celebrate each other's successes.

Love the sense of community and recognition. We have so many different recognition platforms- virtually through ACE and teams/slack, in person. The recognition also has multiple layers depending on preference from public to private with rewards attached.

Free access to EAP- provides so many great benefits including mental health services for anyone in my household. That's something that a lot of companies don't have. If they provide anything at all, it's usually just for the employee. I like that Asurion cares about my family
