The employees are a bit stuffy and into themselves but the company supports efforts to be inclusive and reaches out. The merit based increase was a kick in the teeth because it didn’t align with inflation. Asurion should consider a one time increase to help employees battle the large price hike

Yearly increase that actually align with inflation. I took a pay cut this year because the merit based increase was woefully under inflation.
