Most of the positive things about the culture and the environment of the company is shared in the US, not where I work.

They always give the extra mile, we work as a team. Compare to other markets we have less options to help customers, but we have always delivered.

False expectations and ultimately we will be looking for a new job in P.R. No real options to continue working with Asurion in Puerto Rico. In other markets Asurion helped all the employees and move them to a new positions.

This ultimate process the company and the leadership team is having right now(closing Sprint stores,moving employees), has been atrocious especially with the Puerto Rico team. No real and constant communication with the employees, leader not been empathic with employees, false expectations and
