When I look at places like Glassdoor and LinkedIn I can see that people doing the same job as I am, or people with less responsibility in the same field are paid 10's of thousands of dollars more.

I'm just overworked. I need headcount to support the pace of the work -- so mired down by the volume of things that I'm asked to do that I can't work at the strategic level that I am capable of handling. We also need clear diversity on our EC - Black people, women, LGBTQ people.
