
I had a great experience, but a new manager came in and this person don't understand Asurion Culture and the importance of the people, she doesn't care about us, she is bully and not help to grow before her I had a great Sr manager and had opportunities learn and grow as a leader and person.

treat me with respect, not make me feel like I'm stupid and don't know my job, I think we all have great knowledge and also opportunities but if your direct manager talks to you with no respect, no matter how much you get paid, that makes your want to leave or move because you are not appreciated.
