My manager is very understanding, compassionate, and helpful. Not all of them are like that AND helpful. I've had a few different interactions with leadership and it's inconsistent. But much could be learned from my coach.

There's a huge issue with how this company FUNCTIONS. We're trained to treat customers well in our attitude but the actual structure of this company is god awful and desperately needs work. It's so difficult to perform our jobs well and as expected that it's embarassing. kindness can only do so much
