when I first started at the company I loved it was excited to come to work. I never missed a day, now I don't feel valued and want call in all the time.

They need to encourage employees more. Offer help where needed. Stop focusing on the bad and focus on what we do good. When raising the start pay they need to increase the pay for workers that have been here.

The company just raised pay for all new employees and said that employees that have been here would also get a raise to compensate. I am only making a little more than new employees and have been here for over 9 years
