Diversity and inclusion of all people. And living that out. I also LOVE the open door policy. Knowing that I can reach out to executive leadership at any time with questions and they will make themselves available to discuss topics honestly. The leadership team is very open and honest.

I started at Asurion as an intern and knew from day 1 that I wanted to stay. I was challenged throughout my 12 weeks and felt that I could see myself making an impact for years to come. My transition to full-time was seamless even with the pandemic and i've been here almost 3 years now.
