Asurion is a good company. We do some things like a small company and others like a large company. I think we need to do a better job with career development. We need better training programs and high potentials and future leaders.

I started at Asurion as an intern and knew from day 1 that I wanted to stay. I was challenged throughout my 12 weeks and felt that I could see myself making an impact for years to come. My transition to full-time was seamless even with the pandemic and i've been here almost 3 years now.
