The ability to work remotely is a beautiful thing but I also think just the diversity of the employees is great too..

I like that the company allowed me to work from home and offer positions to employees that may need to work from home.

I like that the company recognizes the employees through multiple incentive programs and this happens on a daily basis as long as you perform.

I love the diversity and the inclusion within my team, it shows that Asurion does not accept discrimination of any kind and I appreciate that.

I love that they are down to earth and easy to talk to. Asurion leadership do not abuse their titles and they treat everyone of their peers as a key member to the company success.

I do not have a lot of interaction with the leadership team and when I needed the leadership team to stand by me during a difficult time it was simply about business to them so that has been my mentality moving forward.

They care about each other success and each other as a person. When you work with a team that actually believes in teamwork that is a beautiful thing and a lot of times, we have to lean on each other to get through the day.

I don't feel the company should go broke trying to increase everyone pay dramatically be honest truth it is getting harder and harder to survive with everything going up in price but our salary staying the same and when the revenue for the company goes up it doesn't make it way down the ladder.
