We are actually a team and not just something your dm can tell you how bad you are doing at home plus or anything. They pay for my team is complete garbage and Asurion should be ashamed paying them that basic rate.

Undervalued is a understatement. I personally believe there is no going forward. Being at the position I'm at there is no moving anymore beside DM. And even at that if the senior managers don't like you they will promoted someone else that they like. It's about being buddy buddy and not performence
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
I don't even know who our leadership team is beside my DM. If I need to give an answer, I Don't feel like we have really any recognition or I feel like we aren't celebrated enough. I feel like we should be in the quarterly meetings the dm do since we are store leads and we technically run thestores.
