Many long term employees have essentially taken massive pay cuts due to an RSU compensation based salary solution that has run out and not been addressed. This has left many people making less money now than they were 2-4 years ago.
The company transition from public to private caused some serious pay issues personally relating to RSU's. Defined salary vs. "bonus" money and the lack of any concern about how RSU's ran out w/o any concern or conversation about how this may be handled. Effectively taking a huge paycut.
