I've loved every minute of working for Barracuda. I don't think there is another business in the industry that has the culture that we do.

I'm pushed hard every day to do more, to think outside of the box and make a difference. I have the people around me to help when needed but i'm also trusted to get things done on my own.

On the rare occasion that I hit my quota it's nice to see what commission looks like.

They share what is happening ahead of time, I almost always feel like I know what direction the company is going in.

It actually feels more like a family than a team, even as the business has grown we've kept that startup mentality which is amazing.

Culture is a great word to use to explain working at Barracuda. It's extremely strong, even with the changes that have been made recently.

Seeing a partner succeed and grow their business. It's really special to work with a company and see our services making their lives easier.

It's a very friendly environment, most people seem to get on very well and we are all driving to the same goals and celebrate each others wins.

Seeing new people join the business and be successful, it shows that we are doing the right things with our training, products and the way the team works.

It's fair, the quotas are achievable and everyone in the business is aligned on the same goals. Something that hasn't always been the case and is very positive to see.

We have a strong sense of team work in the business. It's taken some damage over the last 18 months but it's still there which shows how strong our company is.

The leadership team have always been open. The executive team are new so i've not had a chance to meet a lot of them or hear from them about their plans for the future.

I don't feel undervalued but I feel like the pay across the business is too varied between employees and staff at Barracuda don't seem to have any problem with sharing their compensation plans with others.

I'm very excited by the new leadership team that have been put in place over the last 12-18 months. The goals are clear and it feels like the company has it's momentum back which is exciting.

Everyone at Barracuda is approachable and willing to help. I don't think i've ever asked for help and not received it. We've built a company where people want to see their colleagues achieve their goals and that's really special.
