Great working place and nice culture. However, support are always under paid and does not get any bonuses like sales does which sometimes does feel under value. My manager and vp are really supportive of me and I feel like they do listen what I have to say. My input matters most of the time of course. Other than that, Im not sure what I can say because I dont really work with them or have much interaction of course
