It's been a slightly positive experience and I appreciate the benefits. However, the pay is not competitive, and I do not see myself staying long.

More professionalism would make the workplace better. It's too casual- I don't enjoy my coworkers coming over to my desk to show me facebook memes or make self-deprecating jokes.

Effort needs to be put into keeping non v280 employees. My office is hardly climate controlled, and maintenance never seems to care about fixing it and keeping it working. Leadership claims that all work here is important, yet only the engineers in the headquarters are taken care of.
