There are several attractive parts of my compensation package including a 9/80 work week (every other Friday off) a range of good health care plans to serve a wide range of employees with different family and health situations, and generous base compensation packages with possibilities for bonus

Bell employees are truly part of a team with the same purpose in mind. The work environment at Bell is friendly and inclusive but also lots of fun! I love coming to work each day to interact with my team to accomplish our common goals. I am an Army veteran and Bell really supports veterans.

The feeling of being a part of something bigger than my self. As a veteran, i am accustomed to being part of an organization with a common mission . Working at Bell feels much the same. As a company we are defining the future of vertical lift for military and commercial customers. That feels great
