Overall its good, it clear that diversity is encouraged, I just do not feel that its followed by all departments. I think the things Bell is doing secures a good place for the company in the future and feel secure in my role. Even on terrible days, I have people in leadership I can talk to.

Upper leadership is very supportive, diverse and approachable. It is easy to organize a skip level meeting if necessary in order to discuss values and goals of the teams.

If compensation were more transparent, I had to jump through hoops to simply understand why I am comparatively not getting paid around the same my peers are despite having more relevant experience.

I have a very fast paced job, I learn something new every hour of every day and the work I do is incredibly rewarding! I truly enjoy the work I do and look forward to coming in daily.
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
Diversity or sensitivity training would be helpful. Managers do nothing if coworkers use racial slurs or talk to others in a condescending manner. I think if leadership were more willing to have tough conversations with difficult employees, we would feel more supported as a team.
