The culture is changing for the better, Everyone who works here has a different perspective at work. There is still some improvements needed but overall I have never seen a GM care so much about employees within the company like David Galik does in Piney.

Our leaders in Piney Flats are very great with their communication. They have always had some type of way to push for the better days and attitudes during tough times. I can honestly say that if it weren't for our leaders great attitudes and structure, then I would be elsewhere looking for a job.
