I enjoy working at Bell Flight; however, there are many bureaucratic hurdles that make a simple task take longer and require more budget to accomplish.

Teams working together to accomplish a goal which is difficult to do due to program deployment model. When it does happen, it makes me happy about my job and career.

I am highly overpaid to perform the tasks of my job. I normally just send e-mails, schedule meetings, and data entry in ENOVIA. These tasks should not be paid an engineering salary.
