We are a team. We are working toward the largest program in Bell's history, and we drop what we are doing help each other.

I am working on the new processes and technology. I have teams dependent on my success, and they are willing to help me succeed.

I believe the bonus program is the best motivator, but the I was looking to leave Bell after 15 years and being grandfathered in the retirement program to enjoy the 9/80 schedule. I would be willing to work 4x12's to have a 3 days off each week.

The changes that the leadership team has invested in us allows me to work less hours per week, and get two 3 day weeks per month. These changes has allowed me to have a much better work/life balance. Resulting in better relationships with my wife and children.
